Continuum of Care

Our goal is to provide a complete continuum of care at the majority of our facilities. This means that if a resident becomes more frail and requires a different level of care they will be able to stay on at their existing home.  It is important that people can stay in the place that is their home, with the carers who know them well and who know just how to care for them.  It brings a measure of comfort to residents and their families knowing that they will not have to move.
