    Quality and Systems

    A rigorous quality and systems programme ensures that the high standards of care delivered within our facilities are maintained. This is achieved through a scheduled internal auditing process, continuous monitoring, evaluating and reviewing of policies and procedures. This involves input and commitment from a team wholly committed to delivering the very best of care.

    Benchmarking

    Dementia Care NZ has quality and risk management systems in place which are key to the continuous improvement of our service.

    We benchmark our service against other facilities with similar levels of care and encourage management and staff to develop initiatives to improve in any areas where this is indicated.

    Our teams are guided by policies, procedure and best practice guidelines that have helped us attain four years certification at five of our nine facilities.
